摘要
针对高强船板表面出现的花斑缺陷,分析得出钢板抛丸后的红锈是造成缺陷的原因,通过调整钢板化学成分,对加热和轧制工艺采取了改进措施后,高强船板表面花斑缺陷明显减少。
Granophyric defects on the surface of high strength ship plate have been analyzed and it was concluded that red rust raised after plate blasted is faults cause. Through applying of adjusting chemical compositions of steel plate and improving heating and rolling technologies, surface granophyric defects of high strength ship plate has decreased evidently.
