随着网络技术的迅速发展,虚拟财产的继承问题在现实中引起很大的争议。我们将从虚拟财产的概念、法律性质、继承的应然性和实然性、继承方法等进行研究,以期对解决实务纠纷提供一些借鉴。
With the rapid development of network technology,virtual property inherited problem caused great controversy in reality.We＇ll study from the concept of virtual property,the legal nature of inheritance should be natural and real probability,inherited method,to provide some reference to solve their disputes.
