摘要
目的通过横断位DWI(EPI序列)、横断位T2WI(TSE序列)、横断位T2WI(FLAIR序列)及矢状位T1WI(TSE序列)多序列及多角度成像方式对胼胝体各期脑梗死灶的检出率的比较,分析多序列及多角度MRI成像有效结合对胼胝体各期脑梗死的诊断价值。方法 180例胼胝体脑梗死患者,超急性期40例,急性期100例,软化灶40例。全部患者均行横断位DWI(EPI序列)、横断位T2WI(TSE序列)、横断位T2WI(FLAIR序列)及矢状位T1WI(TSE序列)检查。结果 40个超急性期病灶的横断位DWI(EPI序列)、横断位T2WI(TSE序列)、横断位T2WI(FLAIR序列)及矢状位T1WI阳性检出率分别为95%,12.5%,12.5%和0%。100个急性期脑梗死的横断位DWI、横断位T2WI(TSE)、T2WI(FLAIR序列)及矢状位T1WI(TSE),阳性检出率分别为100%90%、90%和88%;40个软化灶的DWI、横断位T2WI(TSE)、T2WI(FLAIR序列)、矢状位T1WI(TSE)阳性检出率分别为87.5%、100%、100.0%和100%。结论多序列及多角度MRI成像有效、联合使用能够为胼胝体各期脑梗死提供丰富的诊断信息。
Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of multi - sequencing magnetic agnosis of Corpus Callosum infarction (CCI)of every period By analyzing findings resonance imaging (MRI) in Di- with t plain axial DWI,T2WI ( TSE sequence), transection T2WI ( FLAIR sequence) and sagittal T1WI ( TSE ) of CCI. Methods All 180 cases ( in- cluding 40 super acute phrase cases, 100 acute phrase cases and 40 chronicity phrases cases)were scanned by Sie- mens Avanto 1.5T high Magnetic Resonance Scanner with plain axial DWI, T2WI (TSE sequence), transection T2WI (FLAIR sequence)and sagittal T1WI(TSE). Results In all 40 super acute phrase cases, Detection rates of plain axial DWI,T2WI ( TSE sequence), transection T2WI ( FLAIR sequence) and sagittal T1WI (TSE) were 95 % 12.5%, 12.5% and 0% ,respectively. In all 100 acute phrase cases, Detection rates of plain axial DWI,T2WI( TSE sequence) ,transection T2WI (FLAIR sequence)and sagittal T1WI(TSE)were 100% ,90% ,90% and 88%, re- spectively. In all 40 chronicity phrases, Detection rates of plain axial DWI, T2WI ( TSE sequence ), transection T2WI ( FLAIR sequence) and sagittal T1WI (TSE) were 87.5%, 100%, 97.5% and 100%, respectively. Conclu- sions Effective and associative application of multi - sequencing and angle MRI can provide more diagnostic infor- mation for CCI of every phrase.
