截齿截割试验台建模与仿真

Modeling and simulation of test bench for pick cutting

摘要 介绍了截齿截割试验台的工作机构及液压系统,然后对液压系统主要元件进行数学建模,并利用MATLAB/Simulink进行数值仿真,建立了截齿截割试验台的机械-液压联合仿真模型。最后将仿真结果和试验实测数据进行对比,验证了仿真模型的合理性,并进一步根据仿真结果提出试验台液压系统的改进建议。 The test bench for pick cutting was introduced about its working mechanism and hydraulic system, and mathematical models of main components of the hydraulic system were established and simulated by MATLAB/Simulink. And then the mechanical-hydraulic co-simulation model of the test bench for pick cutting was obtained. Finally, comparison of the simulation results with the test data verified the validity of the simulation model. In addition, suggestions on the hydraulic system of test bench were PrOPosed according to the simulation results.
