摘要
采用水热法原位法和浸渍法分别制备了La/SBA-15和Fe/La/SBA-15两种SBA-15改性催化剂,两种材料保持了SBA-15材料的高度有序二维六孔结构,并在实验温度范围内具有良好的热稳定性。本文利用松木屑作为生物质原料,讨论了水蒸气流量、实验温度、SBA-15改性催化剂等影响因素对生物质气化过程的影响。一定温度下提高水蒸气流量可促进水蒸气与焦炭反应和焦油的重整反应,降低了焦油和焦炭产量从而提高了产气率;提高温度可以促进焦油的二次裂解;添加La/SBA-15、Fe/La/SBA-15两种催化剂可以促进焦油中难分解物质的裂解以及水与焦炭反应的发生。尤其是Fe/La/SBA-15催化剂,一定温度下提高了产气率的同时提高了燃气的热值。
La/SB A 15 and Fe/La/SBA-15 catalysts were synthesized by in situ hydrothermal method and immersion method,respectively.The two modified SBA-15 catalysts maintained ordered hexagonal mesostructures of SBA-15 material and showed good thermostability.The pine sawdust was used as biomass raw material,the influence of steam flow rate,gasification temperature and modified SBA-15 catalysts on biomass steam gasification were considered in this paper.At certain temperatures,an increase of steam flow rate can facilitated the char gasification and tar steam reforming reactions,making a reduction in tar and char yield and a higher gas yield.The tar secondary cracking reaction was promoted when temperature increased.With addition of La/SBA-15 and Fe/La/SBA-15 catalysts,the biomass steam gasification process got a good improvement.With Fe/La/SBA-15 catalyst,both the gas yield and heating value were improved.
