摘要
针对目前国内用于化工流程仿真的换热器模块计算功能不全面的情况,为了提高通用仿真软件中换热器的计算功能,开发了换热器功能模型。改进的换热器模型能实现换热器计算热负荷,并能计算换热器面积。除此以外,还具有自动判断相变以及处理温度交叉现象的功能。首先对换热器计算功能进行了分类,然后基于物料平衡、热量平衡和总传热速率方程等分别建立其数学模型,并实现对模型的求解,最后以异丙醇、正丁醇、正戊醇的混合物为例进行了仿真计算。仿真结果与实验值基本吻合,平均相对误差较小。结果表明,数学模型的建立是正确的,可以用于换热器换热过程的仿真,并为实际生产过程提供理论基础和支持。
Currently the calculation function of heat exchanger of domestic chemical process simulation software is not comprehensive. In view of this situation, this paper developed the powerful model of heat exchanger to improve the calculation function of the general simulation software. The heat exchanger model can achieve a lot of features, such as, calculating the heat load with the heat exchanger area and calculating the heat exchanger area with the heat load, in addition, the model can also automatically determine whether the phase is changed or whether the tempera- ture is crossed. Firstly, the heat exchanger module functions were classified in detail. Secondly, the corresponding mathematical models were established based on the material balance, heat balance and the total heat transfer rate. And then the solution of the models were realized. Finally, taking the mixture of isopropyl alcohol, butyl alcohol and n-amyl alcohol as an example, the accurateness of the model was verified, and the results were available. So the model can be used for heat exchanger simulation, and it provides the theoretical basis and support for the production process.
