摘要
随着变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)发病机制的逐步阐明和免疫学的快速发展,特异性免疫治疗(specific im-munotherapy,SIT)凭着其高安全性和疗效的可靠性逐渐成为治疗AR的重要手段之一。本文主要从近年来对特异性免疫治疗的机制、疗效、安全性、依从性等方面的研究成果进行综述。
With the gradual clarification of the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis and the rapid development of immunology, specific immunotherapy has become one of the most important treatments of AR due to its high safety and reliable efficacy. This article gave an overview on the mechanism, efficacy, safety, compliance and other aspects of the research results of specific immunotherapy in recent years.
