摘要
以目前适合当地生产和育种目标的玉米品种 (系 )为供试材料 ,进行玉米花药培养有效技术研究 ,取得如下结果 :①从 2 5 3份玉米材料中筛选出 33份对培养有反应的材料。不同材料的诱导频率存在一定差异 ;材料对诱导培养基有选择性 ,N6培养基具有较广泛的适应性。②对桂花 1号×京 13和京 13×获白进行花药预培养 ,能显著提高诱导频率。③获得了 7个胚性细胞系 ,它们的继代能力和绿苗分化率有一定的差异。
The experimental materials are maize varities (lines) which are suitable for local production and breeding objectives. The results are as follows: ①Thirty three of the 253 maize materials are capable of forming pollen embryoid or callus. There is the distinct difference of induction frequency in different materials. N 6 medium is adaptive extensively; ②Induction frequency of two materials is remarkably raised by anther pre-incubation; ③Seven embryogenic somaclones are obtained.
