摘要
结合炼油厂动力车间主蒸汽管道接头焊区裂纹检测,对管道裂纹位置和裂纹特征进行了分析,对材料进行了化学分析、硬度试验和金相试验。结果表明:主蒸汽管道长期在较高的温度下运行,管道材料出现劣化,材料强度降低;另外,由于焊接接头局部有腐蚀坑,同时存在管道结构局部应力,管道支架损坏,致使管道焊接接头裂纹萌生,形成应力腐蚀。
Combined with the detection on the crack at the joint welding parts of main steam pipe in the power workshop of oil refin- ery plant, analysis focuses on the crack position and characteristics of pipeline. Meanwhile, chemical analysis, hardness and metallo- graphic test are carried out for materials. It is shown that main steam pipeline is operated under high temperature for a long time, so pipe materials have become deteriorated while material hardness has dropped. In addition, because of the corrosion pits at some part of welded joint, the local stress existing in the pipeline structure and the damage of pipe support, cracks occurs to the welded joint of pipeline, and thus forming stress corrosion.
