摘要
在大田苗床上分别进行了马尾松芽苗定距移栽不同切根处理、不同时间切根、不同深度切根等试验研究 ,试验结果表明 :切不切根 (包括切胚根 )、切根次数 ,以及切根时间、切根深度等均对苗木质量和生长状况有显著性影响 ;以芽苗定距移栽 3次切根苗木质量最优 (侧根数达14 .5条 /株 ,侧根生物量 1.2 5g/株 ,高径比 74∶ 1,地径 0 .2 6 cm) ,其次是 2次切根 ,;切主、侧根时间以 8月底和 9月初为宜 ;切根深度以 8～ 10
Based on the experiences of mang years,this paper concludes the main points of nursery bed management,transplanting technique of seedling from bud∶In the bed at field,the distance planting tests of seedling from bud with various root cutting depths are carried out The results show that whetherroot cutting or not,root cutting times,periods and depths have the significant effects on the growth and quality for the seedlings The treatment of distance transplanting of root cutting seedling has the best result of seedling quality(14 5 lateral roots each seedling,and lateral roots biomass of 1 25g,H/D of 74∶1,diameter 0 26cm)and the second is 2 times root cutting∶The periods of root cutting are in late August to early September The root cutting depth is best at 8 to 10cm
