摘要
以采集自甘肃省河西地区表现病毒病症状的菜豆病株叶组织总RNA为模板,进行RT-PCR扩增,鉴定出苜蓿花叶病毒、小西葫芦黄花叶病毒、菜叶普通花叶病毒、黑眼豇豆花叶病毒4种病毒.对预期大小的扩增产物进行直接测序.结果表明:该地区菜豆病毒病的发生以苜蓿花叶病毒、黑眼豇豆花叶病毒和小西葫芦黄花叶病毒复合侵染为主.
There were three viruses which were alfalfa mosaic virus,blackeye cowpea mosaic virus and zucchini yellow mosaic virus detected in the infected bean samples collected from Hexi Region in Gansu Province.RT-PCR was performed with the total RNA as templates extracted from diseased bean(Phaseolus vulgaris) leafages.The amplified DNA fragments with expected sizes were sequenced.The nucleotide sequences of DNA fragments amplified from the samples with virus-specific primers had highly homology to the CP gene of their corresponding isolates around the world.Results indicated that two or three viruses cause mix-infection on bean.
