摘要
背景近几年，随着临床医学的飞速发展，药物应用的不断实践、探索和总结，硫酸镁在各个学科领域的应用越来越广泛。目的综述硫酸镁在临床中的新用途及对传统应用的新认识，为临床用药提供参考。内容介绍硫酸镁多种药理学作用在临床中的应用进展，进一步拓宽其应用领域。趋向使硫酸镁更加安全、有效、广泛地应用于临床。
Background In recent years, with the rapid clinical development, application explorement and summarization of drug use, magnesium sulfate is more extensively used in many fields. Objective To introduce the new clinical application and understanding in traditional areas of magnesium sulfate, and provide the best reference for its clinical medication. Content To present the pharmacological properties of magnesium sulfate in clinical practice and application, and further expand its applications. Trend Magnesium sulfate will he utilized clinically much more safely, effectively and widely in future.
