摘要
在资源有限同时环保要求日趋严格的生产环境下,使用导向型产品服务系统成为未来极具发展潜力的商业模式之一。然而,交易过程中,客户的机会主义行为将危害制造商的利益及双方的交易关系,甚至阻碍使用导向型产品服务系统的推广实践。契约机制能够有效约束机会主义行为,但需投入大量的监督、协调成本。因此,契约机制的设计与运用应结合客户的行为动机进行分析。文章分析了合同期限、续租权利、租金、环保收益以及不确定性对客户的机会主义行为动机的影响,并基于此提出相应的契约的属性特征。
Under the circumstance of limited resource and strict standards of environmental protection,use-oriented product service systems become one of business models which have huge potential in the future.However,opportunism behaviors of customers in the process of the whole exchange do harm to the benefit of suppliers and relationship between suppliers and customers,and even deter the development of use-oriented PSS.Though contract mechanism was used as an efficient control method,a lot of effort should be invested to monitor and cooperate.Based on the analysis of behavior motivation of customers,the paper considered the impact of factors including contract duration,rent option,rent,environmental protection benefit and uncertainty.
