摘要
在pH 8.40的缓冲溶液中,一定浓度的溴化十六烷基三甲基铵可以使阴离子染料荧光素的荧光强度显著增强,加入一定量的三聚氰胺后,其荧光发生猝灭,且荧光猝灭的程度在一定的范围内与加入的三聚氰胺的量呈良好的线性关系,据此建立了以荧光素作为荧光探针测定三聚氰胺含量的荧光光谱法。优化了实验条件,获得的线性范围为0.025~0.85 mg/L,检出限为0.0019 mg/L。样品回收率为82.9%~87.4%,相对标准偏差为1.9%~4.0%。方法可用于牛奶中三聚氰胺的快速测定。
In the Sфrensen buffer solution at pH 8.40,the fluorescence intensity of anionic dye fluorescence(F) is significantly enhanced after added a certain concentration of the cationic surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTMAB).It was found that melamine(MEL) had the ability to quench the fluorescence,and the quenched extent was proportional to the concentration of melamine within a certain range.Based on the experimental results,a novel fluorescence spectrometry for the determination of melamine was proposed by using fluorenscent probe.The optimum conditions were obtained by single factor experiment.The linear range of this assay is 0.025-0.85 mg/L,the limit of detection is 0.0019 mg/L,the average recoveries are 82.9%-87.4%,and the relative standard deviation are 1.9%-4.0%.The method is simple,quick,selective and sensitive,and is suitable for the determination of melamine content in milk.
