信息通晓是21世纪信息技术高度发达对公民素质提出的必然要求,也是新时期高校教育目标之一。它的提出绝非偶然,而是有着深刻的时代背景和扎实的理论基础。文章将对信息通晓源起的时代背景和理论背景做深入的调查和分析,研究信息通晓概念的发展与内涵的延伸,总结其能力标准,为进一步探索信息通晓培育模式做初步的准备。
Information fluency is one of the quality of citizens in 21st century, and is one of the goals of education. It's no accident, but has a profound historical background and a solid theoretical foundation. The paper do an in-depth investigation and analysis on its times background and its theoretical background of information fluency, and research information fluency with the concept of development and extension of the connotation, stanmed up its competency standards, in order to make preliminary preparations to further explore the mode of intbrmation fluency education.
