摘要
随着电力二次系统应用水平的不断提升与功能需求的逐步增强,以信息化、数字化、自动化、互动化为特征的坚强智能电网,将对电力调度数据网的可靠性和网络承载能力提出更高的要求。文章立足于地区电力调度数据网现状,重点对地调接入网的网络拓扑、汇聚层节点设计、VPN部署方案、IP地址规划等方面进行分析研究,并结合地区电力通信网结构状况,提出了电力调度数据网双平面建设中地调接入网的建设构想。
Along with the gradual strengthening of application levels and function needs for the power secondary system, the strong smart grid with informatization, digitization, automation, and interaction puts forward the higher requirements for the reliability and carrying capacity of electric power dispatching data network. It focuses on the access network topology, convergence layer node design, VPN deployment and IP address planning through analyzing the present situation of dispatching data network. At the same time, this paper proposes a conception of access network of electric power dispatching data network based on the structure of communication network.
