摘要
住宅不受侵犯权作为一种住宅权旨在保护公民在住宅之内的财产安全、人身自由和生活安定;作为一种隐私权旨在保护公民在住宅之内的信息安全、生活安宁;作为一种人身自由旨在保护公民在住宅之内的活动自由和支配住宅的意思自由。它以满足安全感和尊重感为核心,包括住宅安全权、住宅安宁权和住宅自由权,同时兼备人身自由权和隐私权的属性。
The inviolability of residence, endows a citizen the fight to protect the property and his personal liberty within his residence, the fight to protect the privacy of information and the security of life within his residence, as well as the freedom of movement and the liberty to dominate his residence. Its core lies in fulfilling the residents＇ need to sense of security and being respect, which involve the security of property, the security of life, the security of information , the right of personal liberty and privacy.
