摘要
论述了电力负荷管理系统的监测分析功能应用于查处窃电中的工作原理和重要作用,结合实例分析了在查处窃电中具体应用.重点指出该系统的主台和终端软件计算出有、无功功率,电量,功率因数,电压和电流的瞬时值,有效值,并绘制的各自曲线,再与由电能表抄表得到的相应数据绘制的曲线比较,从中检测出用户用电计量异常,有效地达到检测和防止窃电的目的.
The working principle and the important role of monitoring and analysis capabilities of power load management system on opposing electricity-stealing are discussed.Its specific application in opposing electricity-stealing is analyzed with examples.The main station and terminal software calculate the active power,reactive power,quantity of electricity,power factor,instantaneous values and effective values of voltage and current;draw the respective curve;compare with the curve which is drawn with the meter reading data from the energy meter;and detect the abnormal power consumption,so as to effectively detect and prevent the opposing electricity-stealing.
