摘要
采用问卷调查的方法,对辽宁农业职业技术学院部分学生与营口职业技术学院部分学生进行体育心理适应能力的调查及分析。结果显示,不论是男生还是女生,三年级学生的体育心理适应能力要好于一年级学生;在不同性别之间,女生的体育心理适应能力好于男生。研究结果将对促进中、高职学生的体育心理适应能力提供理论参考。
Adopting the method of questionnaire,this paper investigates and analyzes physical and mental adaptation ability for part of students in Liaoning Agricultural College and Yingkou Vocational Technology College.The result shows that no matter female students and male students,the physical adaptation ability of students in the third grade is better than that of students in the first grade.Among the different sexes,female students＇ physical adaptation ability is better than that of male students.The study result will provide theory reference for promoting students＇ physical and mental adaptation ability in middle and higher vocational students.
