摘要
介绍了AP1000钢制安全壳围堰制造过程中的变形控制,分析了影响变形的关键要素,提出了相应的解决方法。产品制造实践证明了这些变形控制方法是可行和有效的,确保了产品的质量。本文总结的变形控制方法对其他不锈钢薄板组对焊接的变形控制.也有一定的借鉴意义。
The thesis introduces the deformation control requirements during manufacturing of AP1000 CV weirs, analyzes the key elements on the deformation control and provides some control meth- ods to solve deformation problems. By means of engineering verification, it is proven that the introduced control technique of related deformations is very useful for assembly and welding of stainless steel plates.
