摘要
基于汽车制造厂的实际磷化生产工艺,开展了钢板磷化过程中脱脂和表调对磷化膜的影响,以及借助于扫描电镜、光学显微镜和化学分析对经不同表调浓度浸泡后磷化钢板的研究。结果显示,油污未去除干净将会在磷化后的钢板表面形成椭圆形的锈点。同时随着表调浓度的增加,磷化颗粒尺寸越细小,而磷化膜膜重呈先升高后降低的趋势。
Effects of degreasing and surface modulation on phosphatizing film during phosphatizing process of auto motive steel sheet were studied based on actual phosphatizing processes of automobile factory. SEM, optical micro scope and chemical analysis were adopted to study phosphatized sheet soaked with different modulation concentra tions. Results showed that incomplete degreasing would lead to oval rust points on surface after phosphatization, and phosphatizing particles became smaller with increasing modulation concentration while the weight of phosphatizing film increased at first then decreased thereafter.
