摘要
对于文化创意人才核心能力创造力的培养,高等职业教育以能力为本位,以行动导向办学理念为指引,运用工学结合办学模式,构建打破专业、学科界限的课程体系,有利于创造力的培养。同时,在高职教育中应加强通识教育,在专业教育、通识教育互补中,更好的培养人才创造力。
For the cultivation of cultural creativity personnel's core capacity, the higher vocational education should take people first and guide the concept of school-running with the action orientation. It should combine working and learning with the school-running mode, break the curriculum system of major and discipline boundaries and conductive to the cultivation of creativity. At the same time, the general education should he strengthened in the higher vocational education and better cultivate the personnel's capacity in the complementary of the major education and general education.
