摘要
通过实际调查及专家问卷评分的方式获取原始数据,并引用熵权系数法来确定多级模糊综合评价模型中评价指标的权重,建立适用于天津地铁1号线工程实际的建设过程综合后评价体系,得出该项目建设过程总体状况比较理想的后评价结果,且该结果与线路运营实际相符,说明该方法在实际的工程建设综合后评价中是有效可行的。
Expert questionnaire and practical survey are used to obtain the original data.The weights of eval- uation indexes in multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model are determined by entropy coefficient method, and a suitable post-evaluation system of construction process is established for Tianjin metro line 1. Comparatively ideal evaluation results of the project construction process overall situation are concluded, and the results con- form to the actual line operation, which show that this method is effective and feasible in the actual construction of comprehensive post evaluation.
