摘要
利用SolidWorks对抓木机动臂进行三维实体建模,通过SolidWorks与ANSYS系统的接口将其输入到ANSYS中,再使用ANSYS对动臂进行静力学分析。根据抓木机的作业要求,建立其极限工况下的受力模型,并通过ANSYS分析计算其极限工况下的强度、刚度分析,得出相应的应力分布、位移图,为动臂的设计改进和结构优化提供参考依据。
Solid modeling of the arm of log loading trailer was established by SolidWorks, and imported into ANSYS through the interface of SolidWorks and ANSYS, and then static structural analysis about the arm was carried on via ANSYS. According to the operational requirement of log loading trailer, a stress model working in limited conditions was built, then ANSYS was used to carry out strength and stiffness analysis of the arm, the corresponding stress contours and displacement contours were received, which offered theoretical references for the design and improvement of the arm of log loading trailer.
