摘要
通过对铁路专用线施工影响既有铁路线路安全和运输安全因素的分析,制定了影响既有铁路线路安全问题的对策,明确了相应的卡控措施、各参建单位的分工和责任,以确保专用线施工期间既有铁路线路运输安全的持续稳定。
Through analyzing the impact of special railway construction upon existing railway security and transportation security,the paper formulates countermeasures of protecting existing railway security,clarifies corresponding controlling measures,construction units tasks and responsibilities,with a view to ensure the sustainable stability of existing railway transportation security during special railway construction period.
