外阴尖锐湿疣患者人乳头瘤病毒分型研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解外阴尖锐湿疣(CA)患者人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染情况及基因型特点。方法应用导流杂交基因芯片技术对64例外阴CA患者病损组织或宫颈脱落细胞进行21种HPV基因分型检测。结果 64例患者中HPV感染率为73.44%,其中单一型感染率为46.88%,以HPV11型、6型为主;多重感染率为26.56%,其中含高危型的感染率为21.88%。共检出14个亚型,感染率最高为HPV11(37.5%),其次为HPV6(26.56%)和HPV16(14.06%),其余各型别感染率为1.56%~9.38%,低危型感染率高于高危型,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论南宁地区外阴CA患者HPV感染以单一6、11型为主,高危型感染率较高,且表现为多重感染。 Objective To study the infection and genotypes of human papillomavirus (HPV) in patients with eondyloma acuminatum. Methods DNA was isolated from specimens of dropping ceils or lesions and typed by PCR amplification and HybridMax for 21 types of HPV DNA. Results In 64 cases, the total infection rate of HPV was 73.44%. The rate of single genotype of HPV was 46.88% , and the most com- mon genotypes were HPV6 and HPV11. The rate of multiple genotypes of HPV was 26.56% ; and the cross infective rate of high risk HPV was 21. 88%. A total of 14 HPV subtypes were detected in 64 eases. The most common genotypes were HPVll (37.5%), HPV6 (26.56%), and HPV16 ( 14, 06% ), and the other genotypes were 1,56% to 9, 38% respectively. The infective rate of low - risk HPV types was higher than that of high - risk HPV types, however, no statistically significant difference was found ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Most condyloma acuminatum pa- tients in Nanning infect with single genotype of HPV 6 or 11. The infection rate of high - risk HPV types was high, and often presented as multiple type infection.
