摘要
反应堆保护系统是核电厂数字化仪控系统(DCS)中重要的安全系统,在反应堆保护系统的工厂测试阶段需要验证其功能的正确性以确保符合设计要求。本文分别设计了两种功能测试方案,并分析了这两种方案的优缺点。根据测试方案的要求,设计并制造了反应堆模拟系统和停堆断路器模拟系统并与反应堆保护系统集成,完成了反应堆保护系统的功能测试。测试结果表明这两种方案都能正确的完成反应堆保护系统的功能测试。
The digital control system (DCS) is an important system in pressurized water reactor(PWR) of a nuclear power plant. The functional correctness of this system should be completely proven in the period of manufacture. Two kinds of function test technical schemes were designed and the merits and drawbacks of these technical schemes are analyzed. According to the requirement of the technical scheme, the reactor simulation system and reactor trip breaker simulation system are designed and manufactured, and then the function test of the RPS are realized. The test result shows that the two kinds of function test technical schemes can realized the function correctly.
