叙述了高速切削原理,如何确定切削参数及刀具轨迹,对应数控系统和机床设定余量、进给率、主轴转速、进刀方式和刀具轨迹的圆滑过渡等参数,并结合CAM特色,实现高速铣削编程,提高模具制造的效率及质量。
Describes the principle of high-speed cutting, how to determine the cutting parameters and tool path and the corresponding numerical control system and machine set allowance, feed rate and spindle speed, feed way and the tool path of rounding off parameters, and connecting with the CAM characteristics, high speed milling programming, improve the efficiency and quality of the mold manufacturing.
