摘要
在明确腐败含义的基础上,分析了网络监督的内涵、形式以及网络监督的主要手段,并对网络监督机制进行了界定,在对反腐败斗争中网络监督机制的构成要素与各要素间互动过程进行剖析的基础上,提出了网络监督机制的框架模型。
Based on the definition of power corruption, this paper analyses the connotation, forms and the principal means of network supevision, After that,it gives a definition of the mechanism of network supervision. Finally, with an analysis of the elements of the mechanism of network supervision and the mutual process between them in the fight a- gainst corruption,this paper puts forward a frame model of the mechanism of network supervision.
