摘要
近年来,过剩秸秆焚烧对民航、交通等部门造成严重影响,也使环境受到了污染,这使得北方地区秸秆的利用问题变得突出。以辽宁省秸秆综合利用较突出地区锦州市黑山县为例,探讨该地区在秸秆青贮、秸秆还田、秸秆发电等领域取得的经济、生态和社会效益,以及现存的主要问题和解决对策。
In these years, burning the surplus straw has serious impact on civil aviation, traffic and other departments, and it pollutes the environment also. It makes the utilization problems of straw in northern area prominent. The paper takes Heishan county of Jinzhou as an example, which is the outstanding area of Liaoning province in comprehensive utilization of straw,probes into economical,ecological and social benefits obtained in straw ensiling,returning and power generation, and discusses the main problems existed and the countermeasures.
