摘要
本文在对"旅游开发类毕业生"加以界定的基础上,概括了当前江西省高校开发类毕业生就业特点与障碍根源,从提高专业教育教学质量、突破传统就业观念、改善用人环境等方面提出了破解江西省旅游开发类毕业生"对口就业"困局的对策,期望促进旅游开发行业的发展并提高旅游专业人才培养效率。
While researching employment problems of tourist development major graduates, it is expected to promote tourist development industry and increase efficiency of tourist personnel training. On the basis of border lining tour- ist development major graduates, the paper summarized the employment characteristics and origins of barrier. The paper put forward the countermeasures and suggestions about deciphering predieament of counterpart employment, including heightening educational and teaching quality, breaking traditional views of employment, and etc.
