摘要
针对高温高频和非均匀热流密度条件下温度测量问题,采用激光连续加热热电偶的方法,研究了不同热流密度条件下、不同直径热电偶的动态响应特性,分析了热流密度对热电偶动态响应时间和电压变化率的影响,得到热电偶动态响应时间、电压变化率与热流密度的函数关系,并提出了一种基于热电偶动态响应特性温度预估方法。结果表明:热电偶动态特性受热流密度影响较大,在相同热流密度条件下,动态响应时间与电压变化率的指数函数呈线性关系;文中提出的温度预估方法在超出热电偶测温量程27.3%的范围内具有较小误差,能满足工程温度测量的需要。
Aimed at temperature measurement under high-temperature,high-frequency and non-uniform heat fluxes,the method of continuously heating the thermocouples by laser was adopted to study the dynamic response characteristics of thermocouples with different diameters under different heat fluxes.The effects of heat flux on thermocouple response time and voltage regulation factor were analyzed and the functions of the response time and voltage regulation factor with heat flux were obtained,and then a temperature prediction method based on dynamic response characteristics of thermocouples was presented.The results show that the dynamic response characteristics of thermocouples is greatly affected by heat flux,under the same heat flux,the response time exhibits linear relation with the exponent function of the voltage regulation factor;the temperature prediction method shows a small error when temperature exceeds 27.3% of the measuring range of the thermocouple and is able to meet the needs of engineering temperature measurements.
