含损伤非线性粘弹性本构模型及数值仿真应用 被引量:14

摘要 提出了一种含累积损伤的非线性粘弹性本构方程,通过数值展开,获得该应力更新方程和切线模量矩阵,利用FORTRAN语言编制了自定义材料本构模型子程序,将子程序融合到ABAQUS软件中进行有限元数值仿真。通过验证试验证明了所建立的非线性粘弹性本构方程及数值方法的准确性和实用性,为装药结构完整性数值仿真提供了较为精确的本构模型及材料子程序。 A nonlinear viscoelastic constitutive equation with cumulative damage was proposed.Numerical implementation of nonlinear viscoelastic constitutive equation with cumulative damage was developed,and stress update equation and linear Jacobian matrix were gained.A user subroutine(called UMAT) was programmed with FORTRAN,which is integrated into ABAQUS for FEM numerical simulation.The accuracy of the constitutive equation and numerical simulation method was proved by confirmatory experiments.Accurate constitutive equation and simulation method can be provided for solid rocket propellant grain integrity numerical simulation.
