摘要
目的分析综合治疗方案对老年局部复发性直肠癌的疗效。方法将本院收治的老年局部复发性直肠癌患者124例随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组56例采取单纯再手术治疗,观察组68例采用综合治疗,对比两组疗效,并随访24个月统计复发率。结果观察组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01);且观察组24个月内复发率也明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合治疗对老年局部复发性直肠癌具有疗效确切、复发率低的优点,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of comprehensive treatment for local recurrence of rectal cancer in elderly.Methods Randomly divided elderly patients with locally recurrent rectal cancer into the control group and the observation group, the control group took simple surgery for treatment, the observation group took comprehensive therapy for treatment, compared the efficacy of two groups, and the recurrence rate in followed-up of 24 months. Results The efficacy of observation group was significant better than control group （P0.01）;The recurrence rate of the observation group in 24 months was significantly lower than the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive treatment for local recurrence of rectal cancer in elderly are with the benefits of curative effect, low adverse reactions, worthy of clinical application.
