摘要
对我国农产品短距离运输现有的两种模式进行技术经济评价。以海南泡椒运输到广州为例,模拟泡椒采后预冷,采用冷藏车和自知保温车(依次用草帘、塑料布和帆布包装)运输到广州,贮藏3天后,对泡椒腐烂率、失重率、硬度、颜色和呼吸强度进行分析,同时结合经济效益分析,结果表明:在腐烂率、硬度、颜色和呼吸强度方面,冷藏车运输要优于自制保温车;在失重率方面两者差别不大;在经济效益上,冷藏车运输更优。
In this paper we carried out a technical and economic evaluation of the two existing modes of short-distance transportation of agricultural produce in China and then in the case of the transportation of pickled peppers from Hainan to Guangzhou, found that in aspects of perishing ratio, hardness, color and breathing strength, cold-store vehicle was better than self-made insulating vehicle; with regard to weight loss ratio, the two were about the same; and concerning economic benefit, the cold-store vehicle was better.
