摘要
鉴于客户服务质量对于物流公司核心竞争力提升的重要作用,分析了物流公司客户服务中存在的普遍问题,提出了相应的改善策略,即树立现代物流客户服务理念,重视与客户建立长久合作关系,合理、及时地处理客户投诉。
In this paper, in view of the importance of customer service in improving the core competitivity of logistics enterprises, we analyzed the problems common to customer services of logistics enterprises and proposed the corresponding measures for improvement, such as cultivating the notion of modern customer services for the logistics enterprises, emphasizing on establishing long-term relationship with the customers and solving customer complaints in time, etc.
