持续静脉输注ATP对老年下肢骨科手术中瑞芬太尼用量的影响

摘要 目的探讨全麻下老年下肢骨科手术中持续静脉输注ATP对瑞芬太尼用量的影响。方法将80例老年下肢骨科择期手术的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组于静脉输注瑞芬太尼同时输注ATP,对照组则同时输注等量生理盐水。比较两组瑞芬太尼的用量及麻醉效果。结果两组患者的手术时间及苏醒时间比较无显著性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但观察组的瑞芬太尼平均用量低于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论全麻下老年下肢骨科手术中静脉持续输注ATP可以减少术中瑞芬太尼用量,且血流动力学稳定,安全性好,值得临床推广。
