摘要
针对微表处路面车内噪声较大的问题,利用驻波管装置分别测试了不同级配、拌和工艺、橡胶粉目数和含量共12种混合料的吸声系数。研究结果表明:与普通的微表处路面相比,低噪声微表处具有较大的吸声系数和良好的抗磨耗能力。通过在普通级配设计上增加7.1mm筛严格控制集料粒径分布、添加60目橡胶粉1.5%经湿法工艺成型,可以使混合料在有效频段的吸声系数提高到0.34。
Focusing on the excessive car interior noise on micro-surfacing,twelve mixtures,including different aggregate gradations;mixing processes;fineness and content of rubber powder addition have been measured by sound-absorption test equipment.The results indicate that comparing to ordinary micro-surfacing,low-noise micro-surfacing has a higher absorption coefficient as well as a good abrasion loss.Controlling the aggregate size distribution by adding 7.1 mm sieve to regular gradation design,increasing 1.5 percent of 60 mesh rubber powders,molding in wet method can enhance the absorption coefficient to 0.34.
