儿童手足口病合并中枢神经系统损害临床特点分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨手足口病并发中枢神经系统损害的临床特点、治疗方法及预后。方法回顾性分析中国医科大学附属盛京医院2010年4月~2011年7月收治的215例手足口病并发中枢神经系统损害病例的临床资料。结果中枢神经系统损害主要表现为发热、呕吐、颈抵抗、嗜睡、肌阵挛、抽搐和急性弛缓性瘫痪等。3例死亡,2例出院时遗留有神经系统表现。结论手足口病并发中枢神经系统损害多发生在3岁以下幼儿,脑干脑炎患者病情最为严重,可导致死亡或遗留神经系统症状。 【Objective】 To study the clinical features,treatment and prognosis of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD) complicated by central nervous system(CNS) damage.【Methods】Clinical data of 215 inpatients with HFMD complicated by CNS damage during Mar 2010 to Jul 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.【Results】The main manifestations included fever,vomiting,neck stiffness,lethargy,myoclonic jerks,convulsion and acute flaccid paralysis,etc.Among 215 cases,3 died,2 had neurologic sequelae when being discharged from hospital,and the others were cured.【Conclusion】HFMD complicated by CNS damage often occurs in children less than 3 years old.Patients with brain stem encephalitis are most serious,may die or have neurologic sequelae.
