摘要
自20世纪50年代我国开始实行养老保险制度以来,我国农村养老保险制度经历了一个漫长的发展过程。2007年我国对农村新型养老保险制度进行的改革,翻开了我国农村养老保险制度的新篇章。可是,我国的农村社会养老保险制度起步较晚,许多地方现在还处于摸索阶段,并且没有完善的法律依据。因此,在操作的时候难免有种种不尽人意的地方,本文探索我国农村养老保险制度的现状以及出现问题的原因,提出完善该制度的建议对策。
The rural endowment insurance system in our country has gone through a long process of development since China began to implement endowment insurance system in the 1950s. The new rt, ral endowment insurance system reform in 2007 has opened a new chapter of this system. However, it started relatively late and is still in the exploratory stage in many ways, and there is no sound legal basis. Therefore, this system is inevitably of many defects. This paper points out the current situation of China rural endowment insurance system and the causes of present problems, and puts forward countermeasures for improving this system.
