库尔勒香梨根系空间分布特征 被引量:7

摘要 采用剖面挖掘和分层取样法,利用WinRHIZO Pro2010a根系分析系统对漫灌条件下盛果期库尔勒香梨吸收根(d<2mm)和输导根(d≥2mm)的空间分布进行分析。结果表明,在距离树干0~100cm的0~130cm土层根系分布比较密集,吸收根的水平分布范围比输导根宽25~50cm,垂直分布深10cm左右。根系在水平方向上(0~400cm)随着距树干水平距离的增加而减少,最值出现在0~25cm和25~50cm处;在垂直方向上(0~130cm)随土层深度增加先增多后减少,吸收根表现出"单峰型"的规律,最大值出现在80~90cm处,而输导根则表现出"双峰型"的规律,最值出现在20~30cm和80~90cm处。距树干0~275cm的0~90cm土层是香梨田间水肥管理的重要区域,土壤质地条件是影响根系分布的一个重要因素。 With profile digging and layered sampling methods,the spatial distribution of absorbing roots(d2 mm) and conducting roots(d≥2 mm) of Korla fragrant pear in full fruit period under flood irrigation was analyzed by WinRHIZO Pro2010a analysis system.In the 0-130 cm soil layer,0-100 cm from the trees is concentrated region for roots distributing.The horizontal distribution scope of absorbing roots is more widely than conducting roots 25-50 cm,and the vertical distribution scope is more than 10 cm depth.In horizontal direction(0-400 cm),the roots in the rows is decreasing with increasing distance from the trees.The maximum root density is in the 0-25 cm and 25-50 cm from the trees.In vertical direction(0-130 cm),the roots in the rows first increase and then decrease with increasing distance from the trees.The absorbing roots exhibit a trend of a single peak,and the maximum root density is in the 80-90 cm.The conducting roots show a trend of double peaks,and the maximum root density appears in the 20-30 cm and 80-90 cm.Thus,the 0-90 cm soil layer in the 0-275 cm from the trees is important for water and fertilizer management in Korla fragrant pear orchard ecosystems.Soil texture condition is an important factor to affect the spatial distribution of roots.
