光纤线圈固化对光纤陀螺性能的影响 被引量:10

摘要 光纤线圈中环境因素引起的光路非互易性是导致光纤陀螺信号误差的重要因素之一。为此,首先理论分析了光纤线圈的固化及其对温度性能产生的影响。并通过一系列的固化试验,对比和分析了施胶方法、固化胶性能和线圈骨架等因素对光纤线圈温度性能的影响,进而分析了线圈固化对光纤环及光纤陀螺的振动性能的作用。理论分析和试验结果表明采用低模量的胶粘剂、采用浸胶的施胶方法以及施胶的均匀性越好,固化后光纤环的温度性能也越好。此外,线圈骨架对光纤线圈产生负面的影响,骨架拆除后的光纤线圈有着更好的温度性能。采用合理的固化技术对光纤线圈固化,可以实现在光纤线圈温度性能不被劣化的情况下,使振动性能提高1~2个数量级。光纤线圈固化技术可有效提升光纤陀螺的适应性和应用水平。 The optical non-reciprocity induced by environmental factors in fiber coil is one of the important factors that cause signal error of fiber-optic gyroscope(FOG).This paper theoretically analyzed the adhesive coating technique and its influence on the temperature performance of fiber coils.A series of adhesive coating experiments for fiber coil were done.The effects caused by coating adhesive method,adhesive properties and the hub on the performance of fiber coil and FOG were contrasted and analyzed.The theoretical analysis and experiment results indicate that using low modulus adhesive,employing dipping method and improving the homogenization of coating adhesive can get better temperature performance of optical fiber coil.Furthermore,the hub material may bring negative influence on the performance of fiber coil,and the optical fiber coil without a hub may possess better temperature performance.By infusing an adhesive into the fiber coil and implementing solidification,the temperature performance of the infused fiber coil is almost not influenced,while the vibration performance is greatly improved.Employing the infusing coating technique,the adaptability of fiber optic gyroscope and its applied level will be greatly advanced.
