摘要
采用Fluent计算流体力学软件数值模拟海洋平台上高温烟气的流动及传热特性。分析了大气风向和大气风速等环境因素对烟气流动及传热特性的影响。模拟结果表明,对于该海洋平台上的排烟设备与直升飞机甲板的相对布置位置,当大气风向在平台正西方、平台西南方时,海洋平台上排烟设备所排放的高温烟气扩散到直升飞机甲板的上方,可能对直升飞机的起飞和降落产生影响;而大气风向为平台正南方时,烟气扩散对直升飞机的起飞和降落没有影响。计算结果为海洋平台上排烟设备以及直升飞机甲板的相对布置位置的优化设计提供了有利的理论依据。
Fluent CFD software was used to simulate flow and heat transfer characteristics of high temperature exhausted gas on offshore platform. Influence of wind direction and wind speed on flow characteristics and heat transfer characteristics of exhausted gas was ana- lysed. Results show that, on conditions of present layout of gas exhausted equipments and helicopter deck on the offshore platform, when the wind direction is west or southwest, the high temperature gas will diffuse to upper space of helicopter deck, and taking off and landing of helicopter will be affected by high temperature gas. When the wind direction is south, there will be no effect on helicopter. The calculating result could offer a theoretic support for how to lay out gas exhausted equipments and helicopter deck.
