摘要 针对井下三相三线制的电网设计的一款基于串口屏的多回路电能检测装置。结合多回路单计量芯片的设计思想,使得整个系统在开发设计成本降低。串口屏的应用打破传统人机界面必须依附MCU的设计方案;串口屏不仅具有井下防爆的应用优点,还能实现井下多回路实时采集远距离显示、历史电能动态曲线显示。装置经校验后,以计量误差小、开发成本低、较强的抗干扰性、稳定运行于现场。 The paper advances a power monitor based on serial screen applied in coal mine featured with three-phrase characteristic. With idea of multi-loop and single measurement chip, making coat of whole design become low. The utilization of serial port screen outbreak traditional HMI must adhere with CPU pattern, which not only has characteristic of exposition-proof, but also makes transferring data under mine more easily and can realize history energy dynamic display. After correction, the device can operate less error,low cost research and well anti-interference performance in coal mine.
