摘要
我国当下网络舆论频频强势干预司法,影响司法独立,造成司法权威流失,网络的出现为我国司法发展带来了困扰已是不争的事实。然而,契机与困境并存,网络对于实现我国和谐司法、推广和普及现代司法文化、重建司法公信力具有强大的推动作用。借助网络建立司法机关与网民间的长效互动机制,可以为促进司法机关与网民的良好沟通、消除猜疑与误会、增进互信奠定坚实基础。
Network public opinions of recent China have frequently interfered with the judicial independence,resulting in the loss of judicial authority.However,Internet has huge potential for the promotion of judicial harmony,the popularization of modern judicial culture,and the rebuilding of judicial credibility.By establishing a long-term interaction mechanism between the judiciary and Internet users,we can lay a solid foundation to advance communication,to dispel suspicion and misunderstanding,and to enhance mutual trust between them.
