摘要
全球化时代,东欧国家的政治环境和政党制度发生了根本改变,东欧政党政治的发展出现新的趋势,过去无处不在的"左"和"右"之间的分野现已变得模糊不清,出现朝中间靠拢的倾向。同时,急剧的社会转型和持续的"欧洲化"进程使东欧国家内部传统的社会认同和族群意识遭遇挑战。东欧各政党针对政治形势和政治体系内相对力量的变化进行了一系列调整,以扩大社会基础,巩固或赢得政权。东欧政党政治开始显现出超越民族主义的趋向。
In the era of globalization, the political environment and the political party system in the Eastern European countries have occurred a fundamental change. Consequently, the development of Party Politics in this area has also emerged a new trend. In the past, the distinction between political ＂left＂ and ＂right＂ was clear in this area, nowdays the two sides tend to move closer toward the middle. At the same time, in the Eastern European countries, the rapid social transformation and the continuing process of Europeanization have brought social identity and ethnic consciousness a new challenge. Faced with the changes of the political situation and the political system, the political parties in Eastern Europe have made a series of adjustments to expand the social basis for consolidating or winning political power. Party politics in Eastern Europe has appeard a tendency of going beyond nationalism.
