摘要
近年来，国内掀起了一个图书馆建设的高潮，不论数量、质量，还是单体规模都超过了我国高校图书馆建设历史的任何时期。新馆建设中，应注重环境文化的建设，这是读者和图书馆的共同要求。优美的环境能吸引读者，人性化的环境能留住读者。新馆的环境文化建设，应从外部形象、内部设施和服务环境等方面入手，创造优美的环境，发挥高校图书馆的育人功能。
Recent years, there has been a surge in construction of new libraries in Chinese colleges. The construction in terms of number, quality and scale has surpassed any other period in Chinese history. Much consideration should be given to the creation of cultural environment in the process of construction, which is a requirement and expectation both from readers and librarians. The beauty of new libraries attracts readers, and the humanized service retains them. The author of the article suggests that the construction of new libraries should lay special emphasis on their outer appearance, inner facilities and service environment so that they will be better places to serve the purpose of education.
