摘要
描述采自黑龙江省大庆、泰来和阿城地区的水螅属一新种 :大庆水螅HydradaqingensisFan ,sp .nov .。新种的主要鉴别特征是 :钩刺丝囊内顶端基部具有 4 .5~ 5.0圈横向弹簧状缠卷的刺丝 ;较大型的钩刺丝囊、粘刺丝囊和卷刺丝囊 ;生殖期 ,雄性个体形成数目较多的精巢 ( 12~ 18个 )和雌性个体产生较多的卵 ( 4~ 10枚 )的遗传特性。
A new species Hydra daqingensis Fan,sp. nov. collected from three different areas in Heilongjiang Province is described. It is proved an identical species by mating test. Body of medium size. It is dioecious. The holotrichous isorhiza thread is arranged in 4.5 5.0 transverse coils. There are larger holotrichous isorhiza, atrichous isorhiza and desmoneme in size. The male produces 12 18 testes and the female produces 4 8 eggs in the course of reproduction. The new species is similar in some ways to Hydra magnipapillata (IT, 1947) , but there are essential distinctions:1) on the form of nematocysts, the holotrichous isorhiza thread is arranged in 4.5 5.0 transverse coils in the new species (nematocysts arranged in 5 coils are 75 percent of observed numbers), while it is 4 transverse coils in H. Magnipapillata . The smallest holotrichous isorhiza, atrichous isorhiza and desmoneme of the new species are approximate to the largest one of H. magnipapillata in size; 2) the male of the new species produces 12 18 testes and the female produces 4 8 eggs in the course of reproduction, which exceeds the number of testes or eggs produced by H. Magnipapillata (the most 10 testes, the most 4 eggs); 3) the important character of H. magnipapillata is the large and obvious testes nipple, but a smaller nipple of the new species. In addition, the numerous transverse coils in the atrichous isorhiza of H.oregona (Griffin & Peters 1939) are completely different from the thread arranged irregularly in the nematocysts of this new species.
