摘要
基于焊接热模拟技术,采用膨胀法利用Gleeble-3500热模拟机对核电站钢安全壳SA738Gr.B钢的焊接热影响区连续冷却转变(SH-CCT)曲线进行了测绘,并结合其金相组织及维氏硬度等进行了分析研究。本研究为SA738Gr.B钢焊接工艺的正确制定提供了依据。
The simulated HAZ continuous cooling transformation (SH-CCT) curves of SA738Gr.B steel for steel container of nuclear power station were measured by Gleeble-3500 thermal mechanical simulator according to the method of expansion. The effects of phase transformation microstructure and vickers hardness with different continuous cooling transformation curves were analyzed. The SH-CCT curves research of SA738Gr.B steel can provide the correct theory formulation to its welding technology.
