摘要
目的研究胃癌患者的舌苔变化与血清表皮生长因子(EGF)水平及临床实验室指标的关系。方法通过检测266例胃癌患者(胃癌组)和246例正常对照人群(对照组)血清EGF水平,记录舌象表现及实验室检测结果(包括白细胞计数、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、总蛋白、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、血糖),分析舌苔、血清EGF水平及实验室指标的关系。结果胃癌组厚苔比例最高(51.5%),而对照组薄苔比例最高(64.6%)。胃癌组白细胞计数、淋巴细胞、总蛋白异常者,其薄苔比例下降,厚苔比例增高(P<0.01)。胃癌组血清EGF水平比对照组明显升高(P<0.01)。胃癌组和对照组总蛋白降低时血清EGF均明显高于正常者(P<0.01);相关分析表明,两组受试者总蛋白与血清EGF水平均呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论白细胞、淋巴细胞、总蛋白等临床检验的异常与胃癌患者舌苔薄厚及血清EGF水平具有密切关系。
Objective To research the relationship between tongue fur,serum epidermal growth factor（EGF）and laboratory parameters in gastric cancer patients.Methods Totally 266 cases of gastric cancer and 246 cases of normal control population were included and divided into the gastric cancer group and control group.The serum EGF was detected,the tongue fur was observed and the laboratory parameters such as white blood cell count,neutrophils,lymphocytes,monocytes,total protein,aspartate aminotransferase and blood glucose were recorded.The relationship between tongue fur,serum EGF and laboratory parameters was analyzed.Results The highest percentage of thick tongue fur was 51.5% in the gastric cancer group. The highest percentage of thin tongue fur was 64.6% in the control group.The percentage of thin tongue fur was decreased and the percentage of thick tongue fur was increased in the gastric cancer patients with abnormal white blood cell count,lymphocytes and total protein（P0.01）.The serum EGF was significantly increased in the gastric cancer group as compared with the control group（P0.01）.The serum EGF was significantly increased in both groups when total protein decreasing as compared with the normal（P0.01）.Correlation analysis showed that the total protein were negatively correlated with serum EGF（P0.01）.Conclusion The abnormality of white blood cells,lymphocytes and total protein is closely related with the tongue fur and serum EGF in gastric cancer patients.
